What’s New?
This release incudes a new ColumnFormula constraint that you can use when a column can be formulaically determined by other columns in the same table. You can also use this constraint when the column is partially formulaic (aka the formula applies in some scenarios but not others).
The ColumnFormula constraint offers a easy way to provide your logic via a simple input/output function. This allows you to control the precise logic within your database. SDV’s constraint engine handles the rest.
Apply this constraint to any single- or multi-table synthesizer, including the DayZSynthesizer which generates data from scratch.
The ColumnFormula constraint is available as part of the CAG bundle.
